I always wonder when I should replace tennis shoes. This brief article will give you details and three top tips on when to replace your tennis shoes. It’s recommended that you keep your tennis shoes for 6-12 months. But, the time you keep them varies depending on how often you wear them and the intensity of the activity. I usually buy two pair of tennis shoes and rotate them back and forth to extend the life of both pair. Think about getting rid of your old tennis shoes when they start to show signs of wear and tear or when the support and cushioning is gone. I normally start thinking about getting rid of my old tennis shoes when they don’t feel like they are supporting my feet. You should also get rid of them when the bottom of the shoes start to wear out of if you have pain, blisters or any discomfort.
